    this is not misleading cause ive downloaded stuff from this site before and hundreds of peolpe are commenting sayig that it works
    *** YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE A SURVEY BUT IT UNLOCK AND I KNOW SINCE IVE DOWNLOADED STUFF FROM THE SITE BEFORE.

    No.
    You can download 3DS games, but you can't run them on your computer.

    There's a few cards that can play them on your console, but no emulator for computers as of now.

    If I'm not mistaken, Gateway is currently the only flashcart that plays 3DS roms.

    You are mistaken. There are several carts for that purpose by now. Gateway initiated it.
