The witch one is "doki doki majo shinpan 2", the loli one is "Kimo Kawa E".

I hate to join in on this, but Faital Relations has a port. Not so much a game but a little storry that you go along with.

The one that i have are all english. So im not sure why is yours japanese maybe you just download the wrong version

 

I think you're talking about homebrew games and homebrew visual novels. I know THOSE can be in English

I'm talking about commercial ROMs

 

Ndsuncensored is closed temporarily for some unknown reason. So, every H-game and naughty material on there is gone, unless the things are posted elsewhere

 

the only ao rated games are one for violence and a softcore one both old and nitendo wouldnt let it

 

For the DS, I know there are none, but I do remember a long while back some Hentai gallery games for the SNES.
