    Sounds like it'd be just another failure clone of RomUlation, to be honest.
    Have you seen animeforumz and vampirepadraig's forum? Both utter crapholes, but what surprises me is that animeforumz actually has a few active users. It'll die down eventually, though. :)

    The best idea would be to look at the regular users on your forum who act mature, have good knowledge and seems to take leadership.

    When you have more than 50 active users I will look at it again.
