Hi, wondering if anyone can help.
I've just purchased an acekard and updated it to the latest software and flashed the firmware to a dsl.
My question is the purpose I bought the card for is to use on my sons dsi for Christmas. As I've already flashed it for dsl can I re flash the firmware to dsi?

if you flashed it, that means it should be working, keep the dsl just in case it doesnt work so you can flash it again

When you flash it you have to choose to put either the ds or dsi version on. I chose the ds version can I re flash it with the dsi version?
The card works fine on the dsl, but I'm not sure if it will work on the dsi?

when you choose, its just were you choose to flash the card, it still flashes for dsi too

the acekard team really like to make us wait. the r4i gold 3ds ( a clone!) got it working within hours. i wonder why...?

Erm...which do you use if you're doing it on a 3DS?

I got my card up and working, but I can't access Wifi through Pokemon White because it reverts to the original DS setup which isn't supported by my new modem.

Hope someone can help me! Downloaded the new akaio 1.8.9, but when i turn on my ds i get the loading screen then a black screen that says

'The skin Adv.EvoR cant be found
Adv.EvoR couldnt be found either
Please delete globalsettings.ini and restore Adv.Evo.R theme.'

Any ideas?

you messed up with the global settings didnt you?

redownload akaio and make sure u dont delete anything in the ui folder

I will try this but i didnt delete anything in the ui folder. I did add a skin i had downloaded, will try it without this. Have re-downloaded akaio a couple times to try to fix it but didnt work. I usually try everything i can think of and search to see if anyone else has had the same problem before i post.

wierd. have you had any problems before with the card or did you just get it. if you just got it, try checking on the acekard site to see it it is not a fake acekard

Got a genuine Acekard 2i for my daughters DSLite, gunna check it out tomorrow. Does anyone know what games can be played on-line without being next to each other on the same network?
