They likely get a warning for abusing the reporting system.

(A few people have reported moderators because they locked threads, etc. The admins usually issue them a warning for abusing the reporting system).

they can't ban seph. He has the power XD ...Since he is the founder, the mods simply CAN'T ban him or loony because they're ranked up too high. The little fish doesn't eat the big fish, it's the other way around

 

Except we can't ban administrators. SMF will show an error for it.

He'd just be able to go right around it though since he has root access so it wouldn't matter.

...if I found a mod to be unfair (VERY rare I must say) I'd talk to him, if that fails I'd move up to the admins/global mods.
