oh man....still no progress, i cant imagine future AP for 3DS, maybe it take few years before it can be hack...or is it hackable????

 

Take out the firmware.bin and see if it dose frezze are not

 

Uh, Wood 1.18 doesn't exist.

 

Nope i agree - just v1.17

The common place for it to frezze at, if you tuch the bottom plate of the rusty fire place - happens all the time - just save by it

 

People are confused with the R4 firmware, as the last original firmware was v1.18, and the latest Wood firmware is v1.17. Thus, when people hear 1.18, they instantly assume the new Wood version is out when it isn't.

 

Does the game work with the latest .DATs for the ysmenu?

 

"No" , but i can add in the speedup ROM loading time for infolib.dat

Probably when Golden Sun is dumped that or end of this week hopefully.

Using CycloDS v.B.4 Firmware.

Freezes as soon as beginning cutscene ends (during tutorial).

 

Did anyone try the CycloDs 1.60 stable release?

EDIT: Confirmed no freeze so far. I am going to progress until the end.

 

Doesn't work for me. Still freezes when touching the picture frame or the stove.

 

This. Exactly this. Worked completely fine up until that point, but touching stove door = instant freeze and picking up picture frame then exiting the item screen = freeze on black transition screen. It's quite consistent. Running AKAIO 1.8.1 on legit Acekard 2i with a Class 2 8GB Sandisk. I've tried AP Bypass on and off, with no changes (though I've heard some things about AP bypass not working on lower class cards?).

 

I've just updated to 1.6 and it seems to be working fine.

Try deleting your old save data and starting a new game file.

The new EDGE OS is about to come out soon. Since the new CycloDS has been confirmed capable of bypassing this game's AP, it's only a matter of time now for us EDGE users. The team says the OS will be out the week after the new bootstrap fix for iEDGE comes out.
