Who knows.Maybe the hackers will find a flash cart that'll trick the 3DS into thinking it's a real game ;D

But that's just wishful thinking. :p

Just got my 3DS. All that I can say is that it is pretty badass.
Well worth the money I paid for it.

Does your head hurt when you play the 3ds?

Nope. Doesn't hurt my head at all. Played it for two hours straight without getting nauseous or turning off the 3D. Hurt my friend's head though and he played it as long as me. Half of it was spent without 3D, but it's better with 3D. Quite amazing piece of equipment.

The people who's heads hurt may be the ones posting the stuff, but it may be a few; or a lot more people get headaches, who knows. All that I know is that I'm not one of them.

I have updated my 3DS after using an recognized AceKard (sense I can just exchange it at dumb wal-mart if it bricks) with the game out of the system, and so far nothing. It still plays fine and now I have a cute doggy music video on my home screen! haha

If that's the case either Nintendo was just saying this to scare ppl or it's true that it's illegal for Nintendo to pull off something like this or maybe

It'll only brick once 3DS games are being pirated and not NDS games

Maybe in the next firmware update it will be bricked
    or the 3DS will explode.

Sony did not steal the touch screen idea off of nintendo, and if you want to be like that then your beloved nintendo stole the idea off of another company.

I was thinking of getting a 3ds this holiday season, since they'll probably have it at a door buster price. If I can get my acekard to work I'll be happy, and by then I'm sure the launch titles will be a little cheaper if doing it the pirate way is too much of an inconvenience. Anybody know of the acekard works on the 3ds?

The Acekard 2i does if you mean that.
