360 or PS3?

I'm with the 360 all the way because its cheaper, better gameplay, better online, better games, better controller, better console!!!

If I had to choose one I'd say Xbox 360. It's cheaper, has more games, etc. But, you can't ignore all of the PS3s multimedia functions (yes, I know Xbox has them too, but not at PS3's level), built-in web browser, Wi-Fi, etc. It all comes down to what you plan to do with your console.

For just gaming - Xbox 360

For all-around multimedia - PS3

 

the only problem i have wth the 360 is because of the price. yes its half the price of the PS3 but then if you pay for the arcade version you spend another $100 on a hard drive and another 100 bucks on online. dont forget the extra cables you need if you have an HD TV

 

well this is when you save up enough money to buy BOTH, and then just mod your 360, cause now, you can mod it and use Live =P, you see problem solved XD but really their both the same, you'll have fun with both of them, doesn't really matter which one you have, but for me, i'd get the one that most of your friends have.

 

My 60GB PS3 Built in Wifi can play all my PS1 and PS2 games, Blu Ray, Media Player, Great Games.

that's probably the best statement to describe the two consoles. 360 is just as good as ps3 and ps3 is just as good as 360. it also goes the other way around as well, ps3 is just as bad a 360 and the 360 is just as bad as the ps3. the only difference between the two is their library. if companies were to put the same amount of "values" [the broadest sense of values] then you'll see and know that both 360/ps3 are just as good. the only problem with libraries are the first party development games, which one can't sell to the others.

the low prices?! it's great that the prices are low as people are now able to afford such high tech gaming machines to play their favorite video games and such. but wouldn't that also suggests that there is a lower value to your console of choice?!
