I have recently chipped my xbox so i can play games, any recommendation on good games that i can play offline. I like anything and have already got fallout NV skate 3 dead rising 2 red dead
there is deadspace 2. i am get the limited editon lol going to cut people with my plasma cutter lol (you get a model from the game)
That's your opinion, but i was asking for good offline games and that post looks like you trying to express your biased opinion
Well, they are overrated, and pretty much rely on online play to carry them through. No one plays those games because the single player mode is just so awesome.
i actually play halo because of the singleplayer. i love halo's story. and i think CoD storyline is good too
I agree, the stories are still very good even though online play is heavily relied on. Anyway ignore ShinChinfan since that just his opinion Edit: Also I have learnt the story of these games such as Marcus fenix of gears of war or soap mctavish and iconic master chief fighting against the covernant.I really don't see these games having bad stories at all, since it I'd able to juggle an average story with huge multi player that most games can't do.
But the real question is, would you buy/pirate the game SOLELY for the story mode? No. In fact, having a hacked PS3, I have absolutely NO interest in any fps besides Borderlands, and that's because you can do just about everything (besides revive people) in Borderlands in the single player (reminds me of Diablo in a way...) They simply add more players to the party but the gameplay is the same. There's the arena, but nobody buys Borderlands solely because it has an arena. That, and Borderlands is more of an MMO-styled RPG than any other fps that we've mentioned.
