average star live before red giant = 12 billion
IIRC our sun its just 4.5 billion years old....

we still have 7.5 billion years before our sun goto red giant and eat us up.

IF after 7.5 billion year and we still havnt develop a way to live on other planet, we deserve to die.

 

I just curious, why would we discuss about the end if we force our belief? It wil be useless.
I also want to say something: We will die, no matter what.

michiko kaku is looking for death-star like planet exploding forces to bring science fiction to reality but the fact that there's something that could end earth very quickly pointed at us is very scary.

But i wouldn't worry much about WR104 hitting us.
It seems it has been shown this year that it is tilted away from us by as much as 45 degrees, and so not a potential threat to us.

even maia clan said that there is no prophecy in their clan about 2012 being the end of the world, it just that their calendar ends in 2012.... they haven't made the new one.. that's all... i bet all of them will laugh at the conclusion that 2012 is the end of the world....

there will be a time when world ends... but we don't know it when.... so just live your life nicely.... haha.. :

 

The Mi-an calender only has 3 weeks per month. This means the world would have ended a long time ago. also if they were so smart why is their civilization gone. Another fact is that people believed that in 2000 the world was going to end for a much more believeable idea. People believed that because the time on computers and all the high rockets etc had only until year 1999 that something bad would happen. What happened nothing it stayed in 1999. Last people get caught up with this bull, a man spent all his money to build a underground train to survive the 2000 end of the world and guess what he has no money anymore

 

Y2K was as bullshit as this theory... check out that "Family Guy" episode of Y2K...

 

There's no 100% proof to suggest that it will happen and no 100% proof to suggest that it won't happen, so my opinion remains as undecided. Besides, it's not something we should worry about.. Because if it was to happen then it would be inevitable and worrying about it would not make it stop, but on the other hand if it isn't going to happen... Then.. Well what do you know, it's not the end of the world...

 

no it will not happen in 2012 besides im to young to die,if it happens it will happen when im 80 or 90 years old and now im 20 which means the end of the world is about 60-70 years from now.
