2012 The end of the world?

Fate Smate! They said the world would end in 2006 too!

 

It will be interesting to see what will happen at new years eve
And all countrys have a different time line I wonder which one will get to 2012 first

 

It's true that a cycle in the Mayan calendar ends on December 21st 2012, but the Mayans themselves said NOTHING about the world ending. All beliefs of 2012 being the apocalypse stem from the Mayan's Long Count calender, since it was the first putting any significance on that date being the end of the calender, but all theories are basically man-made assumptions. Realize that it is a calender much like our own that ends and restarts.
There have been false prophecies before, such as Y2K and 2006. 2012 is just the next one, and then it'll be 2018. It seems like people enjoy doing these things every 6 years or so.

 

If it happens it obviously would be the USA because that's where the super-volcano erupts. (At Yellowstone National Park)
The chinese will be screwed because there are too many of them.

 

might not happen, for decades people been saying the world will end, but i do know the world will end when you die, heck tonnes of people's world ended this year

 

sheesh..don't believe what media create..although it was a great movie,but nobody could predict the Armageddon...but believe me the end is near...

 

i have a feeling it might end 2012 for real but if not i'll say the same thing abiyo said, "the end is near."

 

After all the struggle and evolutionary process and technological advancing nations.... do you really think they will fall just like that?

No that will never happen... for those who are religious they hold onto their judgment day and revelations and even the atheists hold on something but whats that something?
