    Dragon Age: Origins is really great, has blood in it and is rated 18+ as you asked XD

    Dragon age is good, but I'd like one that is less fantasy for it to be 18+

    Just my opinion though. The whole part of it being fantasy takes away a lot of that "adult" feel.

    I don't know if what you're looking for exists in RPGs... maybe you should look in other kind of games?


    (Apollooo > Mass Effect, if you make a girl you can have sex with the guy too (if you save him of course).

    Yes FF Versus XIII is supposedly going to be set in a more realistic world and pretty much the only video Square-Enix has made for the game featured realistic blood, but since it is Square-Enix, NO NUDITY.
