Kind of fixed now. I don't know what happened using a chrome ext (download manager) got it fixed but still a bit slow for me 100kbps-1mbps

I think I would prefer to request a refund instead, the process is taking too long. I made two purchases for the premium and neither went through. One purchase I made to the wrong email address tied to another romulation account. So I tried correcting the mistake by charging it to the correct...
