I downloaded the Zsnes from emulation zone, but I'm new at this stuff and I don't know how to get a game running. I downloaded Earthbound for Snes, and put it in the Docs file of the emulator, but I still can't make it work. Can anyone help?

Extract both ZSNES and the ROM. Then drag 'n' drop the ROM file on the emulator file (zsnesw.exe).

If you get many files from extracting, choose the one with the smaller name. Make sure you choose the one with an U between brackets (unless you want Japanese).

ZSNES is no longer the best SNES Emulator to use, go for SNES9X, it has better game compatibility than ZSNES

It doesn't matter for me anymore, all the SNES ROMs I play (and they're not many) work with both, and since I have ZSNES in my computer, I go for it.

You don't have to drag and drop, but it's recommendable to use Snes9x, it's a lot better. Cahos was convinced by me :)

Dragging and dropping is easier than opening the emulator then browsing for the file then opening it. You don't have to, but it's easier.

Yeah, I was just saying you don't have to. You should do it in emulators such as no$gba since if you load no$gba directly, a little popup window comes up, and you have to browse for the ROM.
