Um... i think the phantom hourglass Rom in english is corrupted, winrar says it is and when i save, turn off my ds, then come back, the save files are deleted. Could someone please check the Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass rom???

It's your flash card then, not the rom.

Which one do you have, and does it have the latest firmware?

I know a lot of people that are using this rom and are not having issues.

If Win Rar says it is a corrupt file I would download the rom again.

What Card are you using for your DS?

But even winrar says the file is corrupt: "The archive is either of an unknown format or corrupt." All the others roms i have have never said that... i think i have the latest version.. i got this thing called a ds fire card from china, stable 2.52... i think thats the firmare...

Oh. Hm. I don't see what's wrong here.

Try downloading again. If it still does not work, I don't know. I'll try downloading it again and see what happens.

I downloaded it and it worked perfectly. 0_o

    Try this:

In WinRAR, right click the rom, and click "Repair archive". Might work.

    EDIT: nvm.

usually a corrupt file has downloaded wrong, if repairing in winrar doesnt work then redownload the rom, it took me 6 trys to get zelda (because of connection rape) so just keep trying. I have no problem playing (R4, 2GB kingston) so if all else fails it may be your card.

Ok guys, i broke my head this week trying to solve this issue. And i did it!

I had the save problem with corrupted saves in Zelda PH.

Here´s what you have to do:

This game requires a 4mb save file. What happens is that most of the cards we use have the default of saving with 512 kb, or so.
So, if you already have a zelda .sav file in your memory card delete it, then change the default save for 4 mb (i use supercard micro sd, so in the supercard menu i just had to change the option to 2mb/4mb). Now you start playing Zelda, and your ds will create a save file with the proper size for zelda (around 4 mb).

It´s really important that you DO NOT have a zelda .sav file in your memory card before start to play with the default altered to 4mb, or the game will keep trying to save with previous default. So, do like i did, delete Zelda nds and zelda.sav files from the card, and put another clean rom, after changing the default to 4mb.

    Thats it. I really works.

*of course you need the recent versions of firmwares and OS.
