Zelda - Spirt Tracks

    Hi everyone.
    I just download Zelda - Spirit Tracks but for some reason when I reach the train section how come my train whistle isn't there? I See on others that they have the whistle on the top of their screen?Help?

    It is an anti-piracy feature.
