zelda spirit tracks whistle and controls ?

Hi,sorry i know there is another thread about zelda but i cant find the answer there either as it seems to refer to emu use on pc's,i have zelda spirit tracks on my dsi and using an r4i when i get on the train at the beginning of the game there are no controls to see or a whistle to scare the cow things away.i also have an acecard 2i will the game work on that ok?and is there a good dump of the game rom anywhere that will have the controls in it and the whistle? is it an anti piracy thing?please help i want to play but i cant :'(thanks alot.

It just depnse on the card you have, some cards work with the pre-patched and some with the non-patched

But they have to be the (US) version ownly, As the (EU) rom dose not work with either firmware
