While doing my nightly surfing I stumbled upon this wonderful little gem of a N64 ROM mod. Basically it changes the replaces the textures of Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with some hi-resolution textures making it much prettier. You'll need either PJ64 or 1964 plus Rice's video plug-in Screenshots: http://nintendo.about.com/od/screenshots/ig/Federelli-s-Zelda-Screens/index.htm the hi-resolution package: http://www.fileplanet.com/hosteddl.aspx?/hst/x/e/xenobond/emulation/new_hirez_zelda_retexture_pack.zip Rice's video plug-in: http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=26442
woah nice. I found a mod to retexture duke nukem 3d and allow resolutions up to 1280x1024, now it looks awesome
I saw this one a long time ago, and if I recall correctly, there was one that made everything cel-shaded as well. EDIT: Found it, just click here It's split into 5 parts and the links are at the bottom of the page FYI.
Guys this maybe isnt the topic for this but in all games that i start with PJ64 the Digital movement buttons(no matter whitch key i put it it doesnt work) doesnt work...how to make them work?
Well, I'm assuming the mod was intended to make it look like Windwaker and... whatever the sequel to Windwaker is. Though I agree, the high-res version is cooler. I'd love a mod of Windwaker to look like Twilight Princess... (Hey, I can dream...)
Um, sorry for bumping such an old topic, but my Project64 is having trouble detecting Rice's plugins. Everytime I open it up and try to reconfigure the plugins, it would say something like: "Failed To Load Plugin: C:\Project 64\Plugin\RiceVideo.dll" Anyone know what's going on?
