    yes an official, like MTG Online, you need to paid real money for the card.. of at least thats how it look like.

    if you are interested, there is also a Pokemon TCG online, but you can only play with start deck for now.

    Pay?

    You have Dueling Network, YVD and YGOPro. All are free, although I don't know if the servers are still up with YVD and you have to hamachi with your opponant on YGOPro.

    I heard YGOPro now has Tag Dueling. Makes me want to get it and play some tag dools.
