Hey, I'm new to this site, sorry i havn't introduced myself yet or anything but i have limited time on the internet atm... i downloaded that rom today, Twice and when it loads up into the game (i get past the first "Konami" screen and then i get a big black screen with a red "Φ" and some writing that i can't see, i will try and upload a picture of it. EDIT: Got One =] But yeah, can anyone explain why this is happening?
Oh, as I can see in your picture, you're using the Psx emulator. try download the ePSXe 1.7.0, a good emulator for PSX games. ;D After that, download all the Plugins for this emulator. Configure it and it will be playable. Try it. ;D
Alright, will try that, do you know any websites i can download that at without having to use rapidshare or megashare and all them? EDIT: i just remembered i had already downloaded that, so this shouldn't take long
