You could convert a save file that has already downloaded the updated lists, but.....why bother? The updated lists don't change the characters decks it just limits yours and seeing as you can't compete against other duelists(non AI) it seems pointless, also, if you use the '1 forbidden card allowed' list the game reverts back to the September 08 card listing (but your allowed one banned card).
Chaos Sorcerer? What about the 'no banned or restricted cards' code? That way you can build decks without limitations and use some of the best cards in the game.
