Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds World Championship 2010 Help please

Flashcart: R4 Deluxe (Clone) Firmware 1.22 English
hi there i downloaded the clean rom Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds World Championship 2010 (U) when i boot the game i get a no save file error at the very first screen when booted
then i went to this post http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=34469.0 tryed to download every patch but seems like the links are broken =( i really want to play this game been waiting for so long can somone be generous and give me a link to download a patched (U) version thank you so much.

im taking up on your advice but i got a small problem where exactly can i download the latest ysmenu firmware on this site http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/
