    Ysmenu is a modified menu based off the DSTT firmware. It works on the original R4 and some of the other clones.

    Since the DSTT is more compatible, it is better than the original R4 firmware.

    difference is more games compatibility such as "gta/ben10/etc" but the only thing about ysmenu lack soft reset ..coz u nid to do hard reset(turn off & on) f u want to play other games in your card unlike the 1.18FW u just do soft reset

    I would not say turning of and on your DS is much of a hard problem... 25% sweat mabe lol, But yes games GTA and ben10 do "not" require a patch to play them!, And more.

    Without Moonshell, Ysmenu for R4DS

    With Moonshell, R4 Firmware v1.18 + Moonshell 2.05 + YSMenu, But you will have to boot ysmenu.nds seprate to run certin games like mario and luigi BIS (U) version only

    Only if it's a original R4 revolution from www.r4ds.com

    Make sure you have a backup of your games on your pc first!

    Format your microsd card, see my computer on your desktop then see the drive letter your microsd card is using, click left on mouse and see format it will be on the list, format it in either fat or fat32

    Drag and drop all files from arcive to your micro sdcard like you did with your original kernal!, Are did you not do it?

    Place your games in games folder, Put back into your ds and run

    I hope it works for you, But i have not played them games... so i down't know sorry

    Most games a do know that down't work with kernal v1.18, now work with ysmenu, but they are so many games for the R4
