    My first DSL finally broke. I thought about waiting for DSi, but I would want to wait a good 9 months to a year to monitor if the system is worth it. SO....

    ....I've giving in and buying a new DSL. But to make it interesting and to have something to do until I've reached a verdict on the DSi, I've decided to sail to sea as my name implies. I think I'm going to affect the acquisition of a CycloDS. My questions are as follows:

    1. I have been apprehensive about employing the use of CycloDS because: A) I'm lazy. B) I question my techno savy. So just how hard is a CycloDS to use?

    2. How big of an SD card would you recommend to really take advantage of CycloDSs use?

    3. Any suggestions or tips before I officially raise the flag and sail to sea?

    2GB card is usually plenty enough for most people, most DS games are either 32,64 or 128MB so you can jam quite a few in 2GB.

    also from what ive read and seen its pretty simple. Download the latest firmware, drag and drop it to card, download games, extract games, drag and drop to card, put card in DS, play game.

    Hello and welcome to RomU! I hope you enjoy your time here

    1- A Cyclo is reasonably easy to use
    2- 4GB is quite good...
    3- Erm... Make sure you have a good collection of roms so you don't get bored and don't download a hentai image viewer, it's trojan...

    ^ everythings easy to fix with AJ around, so maybe you should just pack up AJ and take him with you, that way even in the middle of the ocean youll be able to fix game issues :p

    Methinks the 4GB card I'll be choosin'.

    Say, not a fan o' the hentai and pron. Is tripe like that snuck into game ROMS usually? I'd be vexxed to open a game an get teh pron instead. I'd be wantin' to avoid that. Its not right by the sea, in me humble opinion.

    Again, swabs, I'm mighty glad fer your responses.

    no, the hentai is not in game roms, it was a dedicated rom to view hentai pictures, although as CJ said it turned out to be malicious and bricked people's DSes
