Okay, before upgrading to any OS that is 64 bit, make sure you have a different 64 bit OS installed beforehand, and/or a dual core processor that is fully functional. If you don't understand, it's probably my Engrish, or you shouldn't be installing another OS. I installed a 64 bit OS over a dual core 32 bit OS... and I didn't know one of the cores were locked. It extremely killed the overall speed on my computer. It takes 5 minutes to load up, which is pretty crappy for a Linux distro. If anyone know a cure besides downgrading to a 32 bit OS, that would be much appreciated.
Wait... Before installing a 64 bit OS, makes sure you have a 64 bit OS installed? I think you just created a paradox...
