x box emulator...

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong section to ask.

Now then, are there any xbox emulators that run ALMOST as well as the real thing?

Basically, I need something of pcsx2 quality, where most games work well, I'm not expecting a perfectly emulated set up like epsxe or an nes one!

I know of zeon and cxbx but the sites I've seen show they are a tad slow on the compatibility side...


Is there anything out there-since I am not working currently I need something new for my game fix-and not planning on buying a real xbox (too big anyway to fit one in here XD )

In theory X-box emulation should be easy considering how close the Xbox actually is to a windows computer...
But i don't code emulators so I'm not gonna try and say this is fact...

 

There is Cxbx which has a pattern to convert or translate a Xbox executable to Windows natively.

 

But I have checked that one's site, not much has been done for it, and it's still limited isn't it?

I had high hopes for that one, but until even 2-d games can run on that flawlessly I see no point bothering to try something mostly incompatible...
