write protection???

I've downloaded some game's for the nds and unpacked them with winrar but when i try and put them onto my card it comes up with an error message saying the disc is write protected, remove write protection or use another disc???? can someone please point me in the right direction of what to do, any help greatly appreciated.

Try to move your micro sd card to move a bit in your adapter
i've had too with my ds card and when i move the card a bit in the
adapter and you can copy thing back to your micro sd card
