i've installed wow and when i want to install burning crusade it says that wow isn't installed but it is... Could someone help me?
you installed it? Looking at the properties for the icon should tell you. BC must go in the exact directory that contains wow.exe, not a subdirectory.

Actually, the boxes are outdated Just register all you expansions and stuff on battle.net, then download/install the game client (This is what tech support told me. )

you download them from battle.net. log into your account and theres a download link in there. it contains the game and all three expansions.

As far as I know its a small downloader, you run it and it asks which expansion you want to install, or indeed the classic WoW. If you tell it to install cataclysm it will install everything.
