Would you say Trauma Center 1 or 2 is better and why?

I would say Trauma Center 2 is better because of the more interactive puzzles and surgeries that are all entirely beatable. Compared to the first Trauma Center, the final patients were nearly impossible due to their advance cases of GUILT. However, they are both great and should be a part of everyones' NDS collection.

i'd say 1. they whored out 2 a little too much in terms of graphics. don't get me wrong, i love graphic upgrades, but IMO 2's is unnecessary.

I didn't really like 2's art style
But 2 allow you to switch difficulty...

 

2, actually. It looks a lot better, and the interface feels sleeker and more accessible.

And it's still dual-stylus friendly :3

And seriously, the X-missions are insanely tough. It's great.
