    You can post download links to other things as long as they are appropriate for the section you are posting in, and as long as they don't violate any rules (pornography, warez, etc.)

    But you cannot post links to sites that would be considered "competing" with Romulation. In other words if it's available for download here, there is no reason to post a link to download it from another site (like this user did).
