Wood r4 won't work on my DS Lite

    This is all i get

    i download the latest R4 Wood firmware and copy it to the root of my micro sd card etc.

    but when i boot up my ds lite this is what i get? any help.

    note: i'm using R4DS - Upgrade recolution for ds

    might be a TTDS clone

    your card cant read wood since it is not a r4ds. its a clone. your best luck is in trying to use ysmenu as a secondary firmware on your card

    ughh great i wish i read more knowledge into this before buying clones.... damn companies and stealing the R4 name no idea how to do that either still a newb....

    note: i tried a ys menu recently it resulted in corrupting my card.... oh well :S

    R4 Upgrade isn't supported by any Wood firmware so you can stop trying.
    Try using YSMenu v1.17a12.

    so were the heck do you get that? also im a new to the patching and etc. the most editing ive done to my r4 is downloading the menu, moonshell, & ect from www.R4I-SDHC.com then adding games + a few new menu disigns. oh & im useing a R4 upgrade for NDSL© & the original NDS©
