I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi using my WoodR4. I am using the latest version, and it finds the networks, but can't connect. It says something like "We can find the network, but unable to connect to it." I have tried it at different networks, and it still fails. The game I have attempted to connect to the internet with is Spoiler Prepatched HeartGold (U) Mario Kart (U) Bleach: Dark Souls Metriod Prime: Hunters GTA: Chinatown Wars
First, make sure the security on the network you're trying to connect to isn't too high. Second, make sure all your cheats are off. Many games won't connect when you have cheats active. Third, make sure if you have security that it is limited to WEP, and then you still need to enter that when setting up the connection to make it work. Also, make sure you go into a game such as Mario Kart, and go to the wi-fi set up. Test connections there. This isn't the fault of the Wood firmware, as I've gone on wi-fi with it multiple times.
Ok, I have no cheats on, and how do I enable Wi-Fi? And also, how do i know if its WEP? Because I tried the public internet at an airport while waiting for Sydney, as well as the internet at my friends house, and the Airport one was open, and my friends was secure, but I had the pw.
