Wood R4 save problem help

Hi all, I got a problem when i am starting up a game, after it finishes loading there is a note saying " the save data cannot be accessed. Please turn off power and reinsert the DS game card"

What the hell is going on??

then it created a save and show me this error

if your game data is not there, rename it to xxxx.sav to xxx.nds.sav
