Hello... Well, currently I'm stuck at New Super Mario Bros, and more games have this. This is the screen I get: "Could not erase data. Turn the power off and reinsert the Game Card." Also, I cannot read the menu's text. Anything I can do to solve? BTW, I'm using an R4 SDHC, with my patched kernel. Didn't try on R4i SDHC Upgrade. EDIT: On my R4i SDHC Upgrade, I cannot even access the folder menu.
Maybe you should try using the 1.34 kernel? Other homebrew stuff like lameboy etc also don't work well on the patched kernel
I use the the 1.25 and copied the 1.34 stuff to the card as well. It works with all the emulators for the ds i could find including the dragon color computer emulator. I havent had alot of problems with this card or micro sd kington card that came with it. If you still have problems after installing the firmware then respond back to me.
Yes I can also use the Wood kernel with the patched kernel. It will save some games, but it will not show any text and cannot load saves. I will try to solve the problem, and create a new topic here. Post Merge: [time]1271447416[/time] This has been solved. A format was needed.
for me is doesnt save at all,it says it saves but then when i turn off the ds and play again, it did not save... Post Merge: [time]1271793574[/time] i dont know if this will ever be able to save on woodr4 for clones on r4sdhc!
Install ysmenu 117dat update as well that should fix save problem. the firmware can be found on yasu web page under dsst link. Post Merge: [time]1271833925[/time] Update you can install 2.06 dsi firmware on r4 sdhc card as well then install the r4_pandora patch, the patch folder, and ysmenu filed from 1.34 and then it should work. I have done this on my daughters r4sdhc card and it works. However the new Zsu Zsu rom that was just uploaded will not work yet.
