Does anybody know how to defeat the boss of the 2nd level? You are in a square room with about 8 wires (4 on left, 4 on right) and there is a bird and a large monkey(?). No matter how I hit them, they don't die; they don't even get sick. Please let me know if anyone has figured this out. Thanks Arrrghhh - every time I hit the bird (or the big monkey), I loose all my stars and sometimes I fall to the ground. This lvl is starting to tick me off.....
I figured out the how... You have to 'power-up' your dude by getting 10 stars and pressing the button that appears in lower-right corner (its the one that turns all the wires into super wires and puts a shield around you for a limited time). When you are powered up, you just slam into the bad guys about 4-6 times. Then they get flicked (die). Its the same for the other boss levels but sometimes you have to wait until they are vulnerable.
