wireless router

    i dont have a good signal on wifi because i dont have a router but i was planning to buy this one http://www.accstation.com/gndslitead01.html?acprcnetadtf090605=gndslitead01 but i want to know if it will work and if anyone know a tutorial on how to setup the signnal

    that isn't a router, you'd be much better off with a real router, rather than a USB wifi adaptor.

    will it still allow me to go connect to wifi the only thing i know about this is that it uses the pc to create a signal.

    lag is generally not caused by wifi.

    You won't have good connection so yeah, you might not be doing so well for online games or being far away from things
    A simple google search would fix your problems ya know?

    To be honest, that USB adapter is more expensive than a wireless router. You should just buy a D-Link Dir 300

    use the asus WL-330 gE Wireless AP its a router/Repeater i use that to get signal for my nds and my pc i dont have internet at my home i steal my net across the street that should work very good hope that helps

    will my wifi connection be very bad if i used my neighbors connection from my house

    Probably. Depends on the signal strength and how far away you are.

    Plus it may be protected, probably not WEP so you likely won't be able to use it, and if they catch you on it they can just kick you off.

    If they catch you on it, they'll probably kick you off and change the key.

    And knowing the key won't change the signal strength you recieve :)
