Are they possible to do? Im not sure I understand how infrared works with roms, are the infrared sensors and emitters in the game chips themselves? and in that case, we cannot use infrared and can't battle people locally? Or am I misunderstanding this and it is actually part of the DS itself, but I can't get multiplayer battles to work, any suggestions? is there anything i can do to battle someone else without using wifi?
Ok, so is there any way to battle someone locally then without using wifi? which defeats the purpose of "local" Post Merge: [time]1291604119[/time] I just figured out a way to battle, simply both go to the union room and select battle, you can fully modify the rules now and use all 6 pokemon at any levels.
