Winterreise's Cardio Schedule

    Well, My Scheduele is i play cricket daily and score runs like 23 today the next day 45
    Today i scored - 45

    My workout is SEX!!! A good half hour of that and I've burned 1000 calories. Then I do 370 pushups. The next day I do 168 dips. And the usual leg extensions and some shoulder work.

    It took you 12 hours and 58 minutes to run 8 km? That's seriously weak...

    Can you put the avg. speed in there as well? Like 39.7 km/hr.

    We have a mountain in Vancouver called Grouse. It has a grinding trail straight up 3000 ft. It's called the Grouse Grind. I scaled it in 32 minutes, my best record!!!
    The world record is 17 minutes by a long distance runner from Kenya. I'll never get close to that. The average time for most people is 1 hour or longer.

    8km in 10 mins what are u one the flat all the way with a road bike. no way in hell thats off roading
    i do 13km takes me 45 mins aprox its off road gravel tracks and there is never a flat bit in the hole journey lots of hill climbing and to top it off i do it twice a day going to college with laptop, folders and stuff to shower (on way back weight is doubled with wetstuff) on my back.

    there u go u said flat but i still think that time is a bit wrong unless u going flat out the hole time which is the belivable.
    and if u are going flat out thats not good for u. if u work out lots as u say u do u should know a bit more about it especialy as for a cardio work out needs to be 30mins at least of high heart rate or its pointless.

    i ride my bike
    and bang my girl
    then her sister



    ok i am bored
    i lied about the sister

    anywho
    all those people dropping their balls on the table with how many km in hours and all
    w.e.
    maybe people like taking their time
    and staring into the cars passing by
    attempting to get them into an accident

    well that is what i do

    I like to walk from my desk at work to the kitchen, make a cup of tea, back to my desk, to the kitchen, maybe the toilet, then back to my desk. I find doing this day in, day out, has had no impact on my overall physical fitness as yet. But I won't give up!!! Feel the burn (probably from my tea when I forget to let it cool)...
