WinRAR help!

    Okay so I was told that to extract 7z files I needed to download WinRAR. What version? How? Where? And is that all I have to do is extract the files to play Final Fantasy VII Disc 1 on espxe???

    Download WinRAR x86 (32 bit) 3.90
    It's on the very top of the Downloads section.

    Okay but now it's a bin file, shouldn't it be an ISO file?

    BIN is a image file as well. They work with ePSXe.

    Did you fully configure your emulator before trying to run the game?

    Yes because Suikoden 2(My own ps1 game) worked.

    Settings differs from game to game, you can't just configure it for one and then say "right, it'll work for everything thing"

    just because one game works does not mean another will. What ePSXe version, plugins and settings are you using?

    I'm using ePSXe 1.70 and I'm using Pete's OGL2. I don't know where to find the settings.

    you should really use ePSXe 1.5.2 for squaresoft games
