Ok, so my family's old desktop has Windows XP on it, but for some reason it won't start. I tried in Safe Mode & everything, but the grey loading bar at the bottom when you select it will freeze once it's done loading. We left it for days and to no good. I just tried to use the Windows XP disc that it came with, but it still isn't working. I keep getting the setup saying that the files were not copied correctly. How do I fix this?

You can get a harddrive for pretty cheap depending on what you want.
