    I make AMV's (youtube/CloudBoii12), Anime Music Videos,and I was recently asked to show a couple in my class, for a spare period we have.
    So i decided to make a new one !
    But Windows Movie Maker is screwing up.
    Can someone help me, by recommending a safer, smarter, similar program to WMM?
    Thankyou =]

    PS sorry if this isnt in the correct section :S

    I'm afraid if you want something free, WMM is the best you can get. Unless you're going to make a trip to the local torrent sites.

    Not true, VirtualDub is free and much better.

    All an AMV is is clips from an Anime show plus your favorite song, regardless if it sounds good with the video.

    Sony Vegas isn't free, and it's a professional software. Complete waste if you're just going to use it for AMVs. I was going to say Virtual Dub as well.

    Not free.

    I also agree VirtualDub is a good choice. Or if you're willing to pay/ torrent somenthing then go for Adobe Premiere Elements.

    This has nothing to do with the topic on hand?
    I think we should have "Spam" and "Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down" buttons, a-la Youtube.com
    Anyways, thanks for that boys.

    He is right though. It is very easy to get carried away doing all kinds of neat things, and then if the video program crashes, you lose it all. The nature and complexity of these programs means they are generally more likely to crash than other programs, although some (i.e Sony Vegas) are a lot more stable than others (i.e Adobe Premiere).
