(Couldn't find a section specifically for this, so I posted it here in general.) For the last month or so I've been trying to find a way to get stuff on my little brother's computer or figure out a way around graphics requirements for most fo the PSX emulators I've been finding. Well, I found a PSX emulator that runs on 9x or me, which is a huge help to me since I'm still running win2k (I know, I'm outdated T_T). So I wanted to put up a post saying that PSXeven works on win2k, to save anyone else the time of searching if they're in the same situation as me.
Why haven't you updated your OS out of curiosity? Sure I got stuck with vista but I can run most psx emulators fine, especially with epsxe.
