Will Walmart Take It Back?

when i bought this iCrap, the store associate told me, "If you don't like it, you have 15 days to bring it back"...so my question is...will they take it back?!?! it's been about 6 days, and i'm beginning to realize how shitty it really is...so since the employee told me that, how likely is it that they'll take it back?..

YAY! cuz the thing is just sooo terrible...it smudges to easily, every time i tap, it accepts it as elsewhere, the browser is crap, poor music quality, DRM(i think it was) infested so i can't get a thing off of it, windows doesn't recognize it, gotta use carp itunes, trying to be easy on the rants about this...


EDIT: hmmm...is that 15 days thing like for everything over a certain price?....

 

I SAID you are better off with a Victory iPod.

And I think it only is for electronic products.

If they don't say WHY they won't accept it when you bought it, then that's your excuse.

Here, if they say bring in back in x amount of days, they mean it.

If they explain some conditions ie faulty only or change of mind can't be done, then you can't...



But from what you said, nothing has been mentioned...heck...start an argument and prepare some points...


I seen customers turn over a store's policies just because they picked on a few points, I myself have done so

Unless you damaged it you should be able to return it.

Unless ofcourse "iCrap" is code for "underwear".
