Will r4 work on DSI

    Hi i have a ds lite and have r4's ive had them ages but my son is getting a DSI and i wondered if it was the same r4 to use??

    Or do i need to get an R4 for DSI??

    i dont mind if i can only get DSL games on it that will be fine so long as it works??

    The original R4 will not work on DSi. Regardless buying a new R4 is NOT recommended. You should get an Acekard 2i instead.

    Ok do I still use the romulation site the same just put it on the acekard instead??

    I also recommend this advice. The original R4 won't work, and anything that claims to be an R4 that works with the DSi is a fake.

    Get an Acekard 2i if you can.

    That's right. You use the same games from romulation, it's just a more reliable card made by a different manufacturer.

    This is what you'll need for it when you get the card.

    Put his on your MicroSD card if you end up getting the AK2i.

    Loaders - http://akaio.gbatemp.net/nloaders/
    Put in the /_aio/loaders folder. - Delete the two already in there first.
