I was just wondering if my computer was strong enough to run it because, Devon was running Left 4 Dead 2 on his and since we get pretty much the same FPS on any game we play together, I was wondering if I could handle L4D2 or the first one.
I would say not. Your processor is pretty slow, and graphics wise you seem to have a fairly old 6000 series nvidia integrated graphics chip, and an S3 mirage from the mid 1990s.

the original half life, opposing force and blue shift will work, and I suspect the original counterstrike would too as its essentially a half life mod.
