wii o ps3

Wii because I have one.

I can't afford a PS3, hence why I bought a broken 360 for further piracy....

The Wii can offer short bursts of fun and will gather dust for about 90% of the time you own it. The PS3 can offer solid fun over a longer period of time. There are more involved games for the PS3 and you can use it as a blu-ray player and media center. So on balance I would say that the PS3 is far more fun than the Wii.

I'm a Wii modder so I know what I'm talking about.
The Wii can't do any of what you just said except for the HBC being able to be installed...

It can't play 360 or PS3 or Bluray.

It can play Wii, GC, and anything below that except PS2 and Xbox.

 

Saying that the Wii can play PS3 and 360 games is almost as laughable as the guy I met who said he could play Playstation and Xbox (original) games on his NDS Flashcarts.

Personally, if I had to choose I'd get the PS3 over the Wii. The only reason I'd choose the Wii over the PS3 is if I was a Grandparent and had a bunch of little grandkids running around my house all day.

 

Hoo boy! if thats not a whopper of a tale I don't know what is. I haven't laughed that hard in ages.


Anywoo...as being in a state of preference on which I would choose (if I had neither) I would still lean towards the PS3 for the selections of games I like.

 

it depends what you find fun
if your a 10 year old girl the wii has loads of dancing and singing games
if your a serious gamer then ps3 will be lots more fun

 

But then again, there are serious games for the Wii as well.

 

When was this about wii doing ps3 games?


...I'd have both, mostly it's the ps3 now, but I'll move back to the wii once no more heros 2 and metroid another m are out

 

Actually i dont agree with my last post.
Our wii never gets touched and i have a 6yr old daughter and a 3yr old neice here quite often.
just skip the wii and get some disney princess dolls

Like 3 or 4, and I seriously disliked most of them. Best to try them out at a mates first.

Be that as it may there are a lot more on PS3. I am not bashing the Wii but even since the NES days its still seems like a "kiddie" company and if I am not mistaken it was Loony that stated that Nintendo caters to the younger crowd more so than Sony or Microsoft. either way I like some of the kiddie games on Wii to a point.
