well, you will need several things,f irst, the best wii isos peages is wiisos, google it, now if you are a macintosh user i can give to you dragon burn by NTI, with serial and everythign else, if you are widnwos then google IMG burn.

now i need to know, does your wii has a chip?, if no, its modded? , if its modded which IOS you have installed, in case it is not modded use the next link: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tutorials-only/24630-full-hacking-guide-4-2-system-menus.html to fully hack your wii, a good advice is if you can install bootmii as boot 2 if you can as a sort of anti brick measure

there is the official links, its a freeware App

also what java you have?, its for you to have an esier time downlaoding the files, if you have 1.5 or 1.6 then use jdownloader: http://jdownloader.org/download/index

you dont burn wii isos on a CD, thats for PSX games only, and other stuff, you record wii isos on DVD's, and for the 8 GB you need DVD dual layer, that can hold up to 9 GB.
