why wont the train go to castle town after getting 2nd rail map???

    Its driving me mad its going oo its own route even though I drew a line to go to castle town it just wont go there!! im getting pulvverised by boars then it takes me into the forest where I get blown up by skulltulas im like is it a glitch? it just wont go to castle town? its going on its own journey. im confused? grrr The boars ignor the whistle and im blown up before I get anywhere??? :-\
