why won't all my games show up on r4sdhc?

I just got it today and I have 63 ds roms on my memory card at this point. I have the most up to date 1.25 kernel on my memory card and everything is working pretty well. the only problem is that out of all my games, only 33 are showing up on the list to choose from. the lists starts on Cooking Mama, then ends at Spore Creatures, when I have games all the way from Animal Crossing to Zombie BBQ. what do I have to do to get my full list of games selectable? I have even tried subdirectories in the games folder but not even those show up.

 

Does it happen if you use a lower firmware?
