Why today I cant download through 'North American Server' Location?

    Today I downloaded NDS games through North American Server Location, but I dont know why all games cant be downloaded.
    They always show HTTP 403 Forbidden.

    But yesterday all games could be downloaded. I dont know why?

    403 forbidden means someone with your IP is already downloading from our servers.

    No, in this case it was because the premium check was wrong and he used IE so he got the "friendly" error message which doesn't tell anything.
